AUSTIN, TX. – First Washington Realty, Inc. is happy to announce that the trendy farm-to-table inspired eatery Modern Market is opening a new location at West Woods in the Westlake Hills neighborhood of Austin. The Colorado-based company specializes in freshly made locally sourced meals for people on the move.

Modern Market serves artisan fare without all the pomp – simple counter service with amazing, scratch-made food that nourishes your mind and body. Meals are priced fairly and food is cooked using simple, whole ingredients purchased from farmers, ranchers and suppliers who are known and trusted.

The 2,640 square foot restaurant will be located at the end cap closest to Bee Caves Road at West Woods. It is scheduled to open in late 2016.

Modern Market currently has a total of twenty-seven existing and planned locations. Earlier this year, it announced its first location in Austin.
